My husband and I live in Banning, CA with our two beautiful children: Kilyk (7) and Ella (3) and two very loving kitties, Tuxedo and Betty.
I believe our style is whimsical, storytelling and romantic.
I have always been a Canon girl since day one. I shoot with a Canon Mark III, a 50mm, 35mm and 135 mm because I am a prime lover! I love the soft ethereal look of shooting with primes. There are a few Canon flashes, some video lights because we also shoot video (well my husband does mostly), a few dozen old batteries (because I always forget to throw them out after use), and a "Kind" bar (because I love chocolate granola bars when I shoot long wedding days HA).
50mm 1.4 all the way, it's my go to and so fast and beautiful!
Hhhhmmmm that's a hard one, Bali Nasu Dua for location...bright and colorful and filled with love...yep that's about it.
Cancun! We shot a beautiful wedding there in May for a stunning couple on the beach. It was intimate and romantic and one of my favorites.
Getting to capture peoples' love stories is by far my favorite part of being a wedding photographer. It's such an honor and I love every minute of it.
I laugh all the time, I have a hilarious husband and very adorable, goofy children who make me laugh constantly.
That's a hard one because all of my clients are so beautiful, but I'd have to say this one of Emily and Allen smooching with their fur babies!
I am a hopeless romantic and I feel like that shows in my imagery. I love capturing the whole story of the day, from the sweet intimate moments shared only between the bride and groom to the candid ones.
I use the La Rousse 4x6 glass box for my proof prints that I offer in my wedding collections. I love the high end glamorous look of the boxes, and so do my clients. They are perfect for weddings, boudoir, engagements and bridal shoots, too!
You can check out this blog post where Sadi talks more about the La Rousse glass box over on her site.
