How long will it take to receive my products?

  • If the item is in stock, orders are shipped out within 3 business days (this does not include shipping time). USPS Priority ships in 3-5 business days, and FedEx is 5 business days.
  • Please note that international shipments take between 12-15 days for delivery. 
  • Allow an additional 7-10 days for personalized engravings.

Where are you located?

We are located in the USA, and most of our products ship from Texas.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

YES!

Shipping costs are based on weight. Once you add the items you're interested in purchasing to your cart, go to checkout and enter your mailing address. The shipping rates will be automatically calculated for you.

We use a 6-10 day international shipping service, but we have found it can take up to 3-4 weeks with customs.

Please also be aware that there may be additional customs fees and taxes when your package is delivered, and these vary from country to country.

How many prints will fit in one box?

All of the boxes measure 1.5 inches deep, which is enough to hold up to 110 proof prints comfortably.

*If you use the print set from Artifact Uprising, 50-65 prints will fit inside, as this paper is much thicker than regular photo paper.

Are there discounts for buying in bulk?

Yes! Check out our bundles of 5, where you can save $25 per bundle.

How do the glass boxes come packaged?

All of our boxes are wrapped individually (even when ordering more than one at a time), so that you can reuse the shipping box with your own clients. More photos and information on that here

What is your return policy?

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please keep your original packaging, as this is the easiest way to ensure it returns back to us safely. Send us an email and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  • Though it does not happen often, if your products are damaged in transit we will gladly provide a replacement box at no extra charge.
